Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 150 gms noodles


  • 1 nos vegetables of ur choice:capsicum


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 nos spring onion


  • 1 nos cabbage


  • 1 nos carrot


  • 2 tbsp soya sauce


  • 1/2 tsp chilli sauce


  • 2 nos garlic


  • 1 tbsp seasame oil


  • 1/2 tsp vinegar


  • 1/4-1/2 tsp pepper powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 2 cups water

Directions

  • Cut vegetables in lengthwise and keep aside
  • Boil plenty of water add oil and salt
  • Then add noodles and cook till 90percentage done
  • Now strain and pour cold water over the cooked noodles and drain
  • Then sprinkle some oil and mix wellkeep aside
  • Now heat oil in a kadai in high heat
  • Now add garlic onioncarrot and beans
  • Saute for few seconds
  • Now add cabbage and capscium and saute for few seconds
  • Now add noodles and mix well
  • Add soya sauce chilli sauce and salt,mix well
  • Now add vinegar,mix well
  • Finally add pepper powder and mix
  • Check the taste
  • Finally add green onions and sprinkle some sesame oil
  • So our tasty veg hakka noodles is ready to serve
  • Serve with your favourite sauce and dish
